      I think curing addictions will take gene therapy in the future

      I am not sure, I think that it will take more than a simple drug because addiction is so complex. Perhaps as new technologies are developed, such as gene therapy like Frances said to amend the genetic determinants, or nanotechnology to help reconfigure neural pathways and responses. Great question!
