• Question: how did you know you wanted to be a scientist

      I always liked science, but I wasn’t sure that I wanted to become a scientist when I finished my Leaving Cert. I worked at a few different jobs but was drawn back to science, I especially like how it allows us as a society to separate fact from fiction and get closer to the truth of things rather than opinions. SFI released a beautiful video yesterday for Science Week that really sums up all of the things that drew and still continue to draw me to science, hope you enjoy it:
