      I have been a scientist since I started secondary school and that was exactly 30 years ago (scary face emoji needed!!)

      I don’t know exactly, as a PhD student I am a researcher-in-training and often feel like I’m not quite a fully-fledged scientist yet 🙂 but I suppose, learning about the scientific method, which would have been in secondary school, would have been about the time I started to view things more scientifically.
